Rockefeller Plaza, Albany, New York
Testified at trial in New York State Court for defense in suit against State pertaining to delay claims and charges for late payment in $2 billion project in Albany. This suit involved the electrical contractor for the Main Platform Area, a contract that grew from a base of $18,000,000 to $45,000,000. The State counterclaimed for fraud and non-compliance with the National Electric Code. The Plaintiff was partially successful while the State was able to recover a net gain in excess of $800,000.

Trial in New York Tax Claim Court for defense against objection by General Motors to an increase in its Tax Assessment. Court ruled against General Motors and the New York Court of Appeals refused to consider the case. Attorney for Town of Mesenna was William Brennan from Buffalo, New York.

U.S. Army – Chief electrical estimator in various value engineering projects. Prepared cost models and led electrical teams in value engineering studies for Sunflower Army Ammunition Plant in Kansas and the Production Base Modernization (PBM) Activity in New Jersey.
