This seminar is intended for engineers whose duties require the application of Project Management Principals to Program and Project Management. Familiarity with the Project Management Body of Knowledge is essential but not sufficient to manage in today’s complex environment. The seminar will introduce principles of Systems Thinking, Design Thinking and Complexity to illustrate and highlight the challenges posed by modern projects and the leadership traits that allow engineers to overcome complexity and eminent project failure situations. This seminar includes these topics.

This seminar provides 7 PDH and has been submitted for NY State Approval.
