Mitchell Swann has joined the Board of Green Building United. Through education, advocacy, and strategic initiatives Green Building United, formed in 2002 and formerly know as Delaware Valley Green Buildings Council, informs and engages individuals and organizations to transform the way buildings and communities are designed, built, and operated.
This region includes the Greater Philadelphia area, Lehigh Valley, and State of Delaware. As the region’s leading green building organization, Green Building United promotes the development of buildings that are sustainable, healthy for inhabitants, resilient, and cost effective.
Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses
Mitchell Swann has been selected to join the latest co-hort of the Goldman-Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program in Philadelphia. The program kicks-off on January 18, 2018 and runs for 14 weeks.
Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses is a $500 million investment to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses, create jobs and economic opportunity by providing them with greater access to specialized business education, financial capital and business support services. The program also assists its graduates to learn how to become more bankable and position their business to access financing and capital. Participants will receive one-on-one business advising and the opportunity to learn from other like-minded business owners. The program provides this expert advice and technical assistance through partnerships with national and local business organizations, professional services firms and the people of Goldman Sachs
